Everything went extremely well, dumpster was delivered on time and picked up when we notified them. Customer service is awesome as well as communication.

Used the 1.5 ton dumpster to haul away old insulation in crawlspace and a broken down fence gate. Must have stealth mode in the truck because I never heard them pickup the dumpster. Will call them again due to the reasonable prices and timely delivery and pickup. Thank you!

I had seen another green bin in my neighborhood and knew that when I “got around to it”, I would call the team with the clever name. When I read details on the Bin There Dump That website, I knew it was the right local company to work with. The website was easy to navigate and clear. Everything about the process was detailed. I did still call and received great service over the phone. I ordered a 6 cubic yard bin and it was delivered the next day. It was placed exactly where I wanted it. The size was perfect. I finished my clearing out project with my 7 days and they were able to come early to remove it. Both employees - delivery and pick up were courteous and professional, and I got the sense they were proud of the company they work for. I will definitely use their service again when my next big project comes along!

Rented a 20 yd dumpster. Arrival was on time and dumpster placed perfectly. I really liked the boards that are placed under the dumpster as to not scratch the driveway.

Let us tell you that Bin There Dump That is a hidden gem. Andrew called to drop off our dumpster and took his time to position it where it served us getting in and out of the garage. We needed to extend one more day and the process was fairly easy, just call or text the number and it was done. We forgot to extend a 2nd day and a representative came to pick up our dumpster. We were facing a steep charge for not picking up to extend. We asked for grace as we were moving west and they had mercy on us for another day. I actually stopped by their facility to view the available dumpsters. Chris personally showed me the various sizes and explained the concept of the residential dumpster. It just makes so much sense. Online order, a call back, and I was scheduled. Dumpster was placed exactly on my mark, leaving plenty of working space on the door side, and the ability to still park a car on the street side. Strategic loading, including closing one door as my load got close to the end, and I was able to minimize "over the top" loading. I scheduled pickup a day early. Logan texted when he was on the way. WHO DOES THAT? Not the cable guy or anyone else. All in all this is a great company to do business with. Pride of company and workmanship shines though with everyone I dealt with. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a dumpster.

Their service is so professional and very reasonable. Dan delivered our dumpster and followed their outline perfectly on placement and the boards to make sure it’s level is fantastic! The actual dumpster was perfectly clean. I met Dan for the first time when he came to pick up. Great personable guy Loves his business Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.
